caregiving holds both beauty and challenge.

amid the intensity, there are ways to reconnect with lightness, peace, and a sense of self.

My hope is to support you in finding moments of presence and belonging:
a sense of being at home within yourself, even as you care for others.

Through visual art, writing, and mindfulness, we’ll gently explore the stories that shape your life and how they show up in your journey.

Who you are:

I specialize in working with folks that may be experiencing the following:

  • Anxiety

  • Stress

  • Compassion Fatigue

  • Life Transitions

  • Parenting

  • Burnout

As a caregiver, you might feel caught in a cycle that no longer serves you. You might be navigating the weight of anxiety, frustration, guilt, or a lingering sense of being stuck. Maybe you’ve yelled more times than you like, but you’re not sure how to pause, regroup, and repair. Perhaps you long for change in the way you show up for yourself and others, but don’t know where to begin.

I work with caregivers who are ready to explore these feelings and uncover the patterns that shape both their inner world and their relationships with others.

Caregiving often brings old wounds to the surface. The work of healing yourself, of breaking generational cycles, becoming more self-aware, and learning to reparent yourself with kindness is a profound gift.

With a deep understanding of early childhood and family systems, I help individuals navigate the process of reparenting the self: healing old wounds and creating new pathways to self-compassion and growth.

Between stimulus and response lies a space. In that space lie our freedom and power to choose a response. In our response lies our growth and our happiness.
— Viktor Frankl

modalities

  • you are invited to explore your emotions, experiences, and inner world through various creative outlets like visual art, music, movement, and drama. This approach combines empathy, acceptance, and authenticity with the healing power of artistic expression. In a safe, nonjudgmental space, you can express what may be difficult to put into words.

  • Mindfulness-based approaches integrate meditation and present-moment awareness to help you observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Practices like body scans, breath awareness, and loving-kindness meditation foster greater calm, focus, and self-compassion.

  • Narrative therapy helps you reframe the stories you tell about your life, separating you from problems and uncovering strengths within your experiences. By exploring and reshaping your personal narrative, you can create a more empowering sense of self and possibility.
